Our process
Carl McCain will work with you and / or your architect to customize your new home to be the Dream Home that you envision. Carl can usually work with your CAD drawing to make changes to your plan – these changes can be incorporated into the final construction costs.
Pre-construction & Design
Our experienced professionals will work with you to develop a comprehensive plan that considers your unique needs and objectives. We will also provide you with a detailed estimate of the project costs so that you can make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the construction. Once the pre-construction and design phase is complete, MGM Custom Homes will provide you with a details for constructing your new home.

Construction Estimate
We work with you to develop an estimate for your new home construction project. Our estimate includes all materials, labor, and overhead costs associated with the project. We also provide a detailed breakdown of the costs to see where your money is going. MGM Custom Homes is committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and products.

On site Consultations
Our team, led by Carl McCain, will be monitoring the construction closely to ensure that your new home meets all of your needs and expectations. The Finishing touches
The building of your home doesn’t end at construction. Carl McCain will walk you through your newly built home to take note of the things to be added to your “30-day list”. All of these will be noted and accommodated by the team, ensuring they will all be addressed or fixed before you settle in to your dream home.

Our Quality guarantee
Your MGM Custom Home comes with a One-Year Limited Warranty that provides coverage for the first 12 months after closing and addresses failure of the home or its systems to perform as they should. Coverage includes all major mechanical systems (electrical, plumbing, appliances, heating and air) as well as many other issues related to the integrity and proper operation of the new home due to equipment, materials or installation.
Manufactured products are covered by the Warranty of the Manufacturer – placement of these products is covered by MGM using detailed instructions from the manufacturer. Please make yourself familiar with these Warranties – they may become useful information in the future.
