Carl McCain will work with you and / or your architect to customize your new home to be the Dream Home that you envision. Carl can usually work with your CAD drawing to make changes to your plan – these changes can be incorporated into the final construction costs.
Pre-construction & Design
At MGM Custom Homes, we believe that communication is key to a successful custom home construction project. We offer pre-construction and design services where we meet with you to discuss your goals and vision for your home. If you choose to work with us, we will include your plans as part of the design phase.

Our Quality guarantee
Your MGM Custom Home comes with a One-Year Limited Warranty that provides coverage for the first 12 months after closing and addresses failure of the home or its systems to perform as they should. Coverage includes all major mechanical systems (electrical, plumbing, appliances, heating and air) as well as many other issues related to the integrity and proper operation of the new home due to equipment, materials or installation.
Manufactured products are covered by the Warranty of the Manufacturer – placement of these products is covered by MGM using detailed instructions from the manufacturer. Please make yourself familiar with these Warranties – they may become useful information in the future.
